The coupler can be used as a line coupler, backbone coupler, or repeater in both existing and new KNX networks. It features a filter table that blocks bus telegrams on one of the two lines or forwards them to the other, thus reducing bus load. The filter table is automatically created by the ETS (KNX Tool Software) when the system is commissioned.
