Registering lets us recognise you as a professional customer: depending on your business, you get access to dedicated prices and discounts. Our accounts department also needs your details to issue invoices. We process them as described in the privacy policy and do not pass them on to third parties for advertising purposes.

The website is designed for professionals in the sector: installers, system integrators, resellers, electricians, architects and surveyors. After registering, write to info@agatastore.it telling us about your business: we will assign you the reserved price list.

Every new account is approved by one of our administrators before it can place orders. Until it is approved you can browse the catalogue, but not complete a purchase.

On the login page choose «Forgotten Password» and enter your e-mail address: we will send you a link to choose a new one.

3. Log in with your credentials.
4. Choose the products from the catalogue, or with the quick order.
5. Go to the cart.
6. Complete the purchase.

Yes, with the quick order: type the codes and quantities, paste them from a spreadsheet or upload an Excel or CSV file directly. Everything goes into the cart in one step.

We prepare in-stock items by the next working day after the order. If you pay by bank transfer, the goods are shipped once payment has been received; with a bank receipt (RiBa) they are shipped straight away.

Every product shows its up-to-date stock availability. For products that are not available, write to us or call us: we will tell you the lead time.

• Italy: flat rate of €12 + VAT.
• Orders over €1,000 excluding VAT: free shipping in Italy.
• Aluminium profiles and diffusers longer than one metre: €15 + VAT, Italy only.
• Abroad: depending on weight and country. You will see the cost at checkout, after entering your address.

In Italy delivery normally takes 24 hours in the North and 48 hours in the Centre, the South and the islands. Abroad, 3 to 5 working days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted.

Yes: at checkout choose «Pickup From Store». You do not pay for shipping, and your courier takes care of collection and delivery.

Yes, to many European countries and beyond: the cost depends on weight and zone. Aluminium profiles and diffusers longer than one metre cannot be shipped abroad.

The first order is always paid by advance bank transfer: you will find the bank details at checkout and in the order confirmation e-mail. For later orders you can ask to pay by bank receipt (RiBa): we enable it if the finance company approves it.

No: prices on the website are list prices, excluding VAT. VAT is added in the cart and at checkout.

The invoice is electronic and is sent through the Italian Exchange System (SDI). For this reason the SDI recipient code must be given when you register, together with your VAT number and tax code.

Fill in the returns form with the order number, the product and the reason: we will reply by e-mail within 3 working days with the instructions. The return must be approved before you send the goods.

In its original packaging, protected by an outer box. We cannot refund products damaged by insufficient packaging.
